The horizontal key system offers maximum user convenience, and the lack of sharp edges makes the key virtually unnoticeable in your pocket.
The X12 insert is standardly equipped with an emergency function (secure clutch), meaning that if the key is left on the inside of the lock, the door can still be closed from the outside with a second key. This solution is SKG certified, ensuring the door inserts are fully protected against various manipulation methods such as drilling, picking, and bumping. A security card and an additional pin in the insert protect against illegal key copying or the creation of a new insert.
12 special hardened steel pins protect against drilling and prevent break-ins. The extended key head allows for installation of the insert even with anti-burglary plates. These lock inserts have proven fire resistance, making them suitable for use in public spaces. The set includes 5 drilled, paracentric keys.
