Electromagnetic Door Holder DORMA EM 500U, strength 400N, for floor as

Dorma EM 500U electric locking device, which is designed to hold the door in the open position.
It is used in fire and smoke doors, which, according to current regulations, must be additionally equipped with fire detectors and with devices that allow manual release of the lock and trigger the alarm.
The whole is part of the SAP fire protection system.
The EM500 (24V AC/DC) series of electrical arresters have been subjected to quality control and, in conjunction with other smoke detectors, approved by the Building Research Institute.
