Penosil GoldGun 65 polyurethane foam - super performance
Penosil Gold Gun 65 super performance polyurethane foam allows you to use about 65 liters of foam from a 900ml bottle. Single-component high performance polyurethane foam. The capacity is higher by about 30 liters compared to ordinary foams. The foam has a homogeneous, very light structure and low secondary expansion. Good resistance to moisture and mold. Quick-drying, good results also at low temperatures. Packaged in spray cans, used with a foam gun, cured by moisture. The cured foam is a good sound and temperature insulator. It has very good adhesion properties. Once cured, it is not resistant to UV radiation and must be covered with something. The product technical sheet can be downloaded in the PDF file.

Application conditions

• Air temperature during application: from -5 degrees C to +30 degrees C, preferably +20 degrees C

• Clean dust and oil before application, it is recommended to sprinkle the substrate with water to ensure better adhesion and ensures that the foam dries throughout


• Soft foam can be removed with acetone, cured only mechanically;


• Cured foam can be painted


• Cured foam is sensitive to UV radiation
