Penosil PREMIUM FIRERATED GUN FOAM B1 fireproof gun foam - quality you can count on.


Professional fireproof foam in a pistol version. The foam is characterized by good adhesion to various building surfaces, low expansion and fast drying time. The fire resistance class meets European standards EN 1366-4 and DIN 4102-1.


Application



  • For installing fireproof doors, filling gaps and openings

  • Filling and insulating cable and pipe penetrations

  • Insulation of central heating systems and water and sewage networks

  • Wherever high requirements are placed on fire resistance

  • Skin formation time 12-16 min

  • Shear time (30mm strip): 30-40min

  • Complete curing in the joint (+23 degrees C): up to 18h

  • Complete curing in the joint (+5 degrees C): up to 24h

  • Density: 25-30kg/m3

  • Secondary expansion: up to 30%

  • Fire class of cured foam (DIN 4102-1): B1

  • Tensile strength (BS 5231): 8N/cm2

Application conditions



  • Air temperature during application +5 degrees C ÷ +30 degrees C. (The best parameters will be obtained at +20 degrees C.).

  • Temperature of the can during application +10 degrees C ÷ +25 degrees C, (the best will be +20 degrees C.).

  • Before applying the foam, the surface should be cleaned and degreased

  • It is recommended to sprinkle the substrate with water for better adhesion and for proper hardening of the foam across the surface

  • Foam is sensitive to UV rays, so it should be shielded as soon as possible - passive window installation tapes can be used

  • The foam should not be cut off
