Description - GRAFEN Fire-Resistant Gun Foam B1 DIN 4102 750ml B-s1,d0 Low Smoke Emission

Product Overview

GRAFEN Fire-Resistant Gun Foam B1 is a single-component polyurethane mounting foam engineered for fire protection applications in construction. It is rated fire-resistance class B1 according to DIN 4102 and features additional B-s1,d0 classification per PN-EN 13501-1+A1:2010. Builders and contractors utilize this foam for fire-sealing cable and pipe penetrations, joints, and load-bearing structure protection in commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

The principal differentiation is its certified fire-retarding properties ? B1 (DIN 4102) and B-s1,d0 ? which directly address requirements for passive fire insulation systems. This foam forms a dense, low-water absorption barrier that inhibits smoke and gas migration, supporting regulatory compliance in fire-safe installations. Particularly suited for procurement in construction projects requiring certified fire-stop materials for partition walls, ceilings, doorframes, and cable passages.

Key Features

  • DIN 4102 B1 fire resistance ? certified for difficult-to-ignite, fire-retarding installations

  • B-s1,d0 flammability class ? low smoke emission, improved safety in occupied buildings

  • Thermal resistance after curing ? from -50°C to +90°C, suitable for diverse climate zones

  • Acoustic and thermal insulation ? conduction coefficient 0.04 W/m*K and sound dampening properties

  • Low water absorption ? maintains structural integrity in humid or moist environments

  • High adhesion ? bonds to horizontal and vertical surfaces including PVC, aluminium, wood, steel

  • Expansion and full cure ? skin forms in 12-16 min; full curing in 24 h at +20°C/90% RH
