Invisible Hinge CEAM 1131 3D (160x32 mm) (Capacity 2-80kg, 3-120kg) - Nickel

CEAM 1131 invisible hinge, designed for wooden flushless doors.
The hinge can be used in fire doors, it has a fire resistance of EI30.
CEAM 1131 hinges are universal, the side of the door does not matter.
High precision manufacturing ensures trouble-free long-term use.
Included in the set are metal plates masking the mounting screws and adjustment screws, which significantly increase the aesthetic value of the hinge and the door.
The hinges can be adjusted in 3 planes (the so-called 3D adjustment) without removing the leaf.
Maximum opening angle of 180°
The manufacturer recommends lubricating the hinges at least once a year.

Adjustments:

- vertical : +/- 3mm
- horizontal : +/- 1mm
- depth: min. 2mm, max. 6mm

Load capacity:

- 80 kg - for 2 hinges, sash 850x2100mm
- 120 kg for 3 hinges, sash 850x2100mm
- 120 kg for 4 hinges,sash width 850mm, height > 2100mm
