LOXEAL 83-55 Stainless Steel Adhesive 10g is a single-component, anaerobic, thixotropic threadlocker formulated for securing medium-sized threads against loosening, leaks, and corrosion. Commonly used by installers and fabricators on stainless steel railings, handrails, and drive systems, it forms a flexible bond resistant to shock, vibration, and chemical exposure. The adhesive meets DIN 30661 requirements for resistance to water, solvents, temperature changes, and vibration, and performs reliably within a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.

The inclusion of a fluorescent additive allows easy inspection of thread coverage under UV light, minimizing the risk of incomplete bonding and enabling quality assurance during large-scale or OEM assembly. Applications

Designed for metal-to-metal applications, especially where high mechanical stress and corrosion resistance are required. Not recommended for pure oxygen, chlorine, or use on thermoplastics.

Packaging & Shipping

Standard export packaging. Each unit contains a 10g adhesive tube, sealed and boxed. Packaging includes usage instructions. Installation accessories and UV inspection lamps are not included unless specified in bulk or OEM orders.
