Description - Short Striking Plates
Products that work with locks without a latch or bolts are short strikers. We offer models in many versions, including straight and angle, made of sheet metal or solid cast iron, in zinc plated (silver, gold), chromium plated, painted, and also in versions for rebated and nonrebated doors. We also have plastic inserts filling the striker and products designed to work with round bolts. Striker for lock is an essential element of each door. We can distinguish specific types according to their construction: angular plates are dedicated to doors with rebate, while straight plates to doors without rebate, because they remain invisible when the door is closed. These products can have an adjustment to adapt the catch to the lock latch. After a simple adjustment, the door closes easily on one side (without pushing), and at the same time, when closed, it does not leave any play causing vibrations and leaks or difficulty in closing. Our offer includes strikers for pin and roller locks - with a barrel.
