Convenience (auto-open / auto-close)

Who doesn't like to make their life easier? With tedee's solution, doors can open automatically when you arrive in a predetermined zone. You no longer have to put down your shopping bags and search your pockets. When you get to the door, it will already be ready to open. For doors with a handle on the outside, you can program the pulling of the lock latch. Once you enter the room and close the door, tedee will automatically lock it. It will also do so if your smartphone leaves the designated zone. You can open the lock remotely from the app or send the access code to your guests.

Traditional batteries have been replaced by a highly efficient rechargeable battery, which requires recharging on average 2 times a year. You can do this from any powerbank or from a mains charger. A dedicated cable is included in the set. And don't worry - the app will remind you long before it is completely discharged.

Security

The tedee solution is created in cooperation with and under the strict supervision of GERDA, which has been continuously taking care of the security of Poles for almost 30 years.The mechanism that drives the lock is a modern and patented design developed by Gerda engineers and IoT experts. All application data is encrypted by the most secure TLS 1.3 protocol with a 256-bit security key, which is used by the world's technology leaders.
