Wireless Reed Contact WINKAUS FM.A, surface assembly

The Winkhaus FM.A reed switch is a visible, self-sufficient striker that is mounted on the door frame. In cooperation with magnets placed on the sash, it signals the status of the window: open or closed. The signal is transmitted wirelessly via the EnOcean protocol to the relevant components, e.g. smart home type. As an example of application can be given the control of heating, in which the thermostat at the radiators, after receiving a signal about the opened window, will turn off the heating, thus saving energy.
