WOELM KWS 1010.02 is a floor-mounted door holder and stop with an integrated spring buffer for damping door impact forces. Users can select brass or stainless steel variants on request, and mounting to the floor is achieved via supplied screws or optionally by embedding in concrete for increased durability.

The most distinctive feature of this model is its manual hold-open mechanism, which can be temporarily disabled using a dedicated button to revert the device to a standalone door stop.
