Dodatkowa przysłonka dla wkładki w niektórych modelach ma za zadanie chronić przed przedostaniem się do wnętrza dziurki zamka brudu i kurzu. Klamki AXA wyposażone zostały także w stalowy element, który jest odporny na próby rozwiercenia oraz wyrwania. Budowa klamek i rozet z tej serii powoduje, że nierealnym jest usiłowanie rozcięcia śrub montażowych by łatwiej było dobrać się do wkładki.
